Moebius syndrome

I was born with Moebius syndrome and Polands syndrome. Thanks to the internet and finding other people with Moebius and Polands on facebook, I am finally better understanding both of my disorders. I have always had questions that could never be answered because these disorders are extremely rare. Its a long story that I would like to share with my family and friends especially my new Moebius friends who can clearly relate to my life experiences. So check back often to see if i get myself together and start telling my story. It has been a long rough road but it was a journey well worth taking!

Prayin for Little Brianna

My heart is heavy for a little baby girl Named Brianna who also has Moebius syndrome. Her trach came out and she was without oxygen for over 20 minutes. She is thought to be brain dead at this time but more test will be done. It does not look good for any positive changes. Please keep her and her family in your prayers. God knows her needs better than we do, but i sure would love for her mommy and daddy to experience a miracle from God!

So happy For the Chillean Miners

What an awesome blessing from God that all 33 Miners were saved yesterday from the mine that they were trapped in i believe 69 days! How in the world does a man survive those conditions and come out the same? God I pray for healing of thier hearts and minds, and that they always give You the glory!!!!

This is a gift bag I used the cricut to cut out the cupcake and name. I love my SCAL2 program. I also used a Hairbow I made that matches the dress as a decor for the gift bag. FunFunFun.

As much as I love to sew,I'm drained and not having as much fun. It is a job, much needed job, but I no longer want to do this for a living. A dress I made for a wedding! This is one of two actually. I really enjoy making childrens clothing but I have the urge to try and sew for myself for a change. That's on the to do list after my 7th grandangel arrives in a couple of weeks

Today we honor all fathers! Good or bad,those who were there or not. I've had three fathers in my life. My biological father who my mother divorced before I ever had the chance to form a memory of him being in our home. Then I had a step Father who was abusive in unmentionable ways, and Last but not least My second step Father who in his own way loved us all as his own. David Preston Palmer became my step father after I was an adult and had three small children of my own. He was my step father and friend for nearly 20 years until Cancer stole him away from us! He was not my Father, but he was a wonderful fill-in and no one can fill his shoes. Rest in Peace you precious man. You will never again know fear or torment. I'll meet ya there someday. How bout you meet me here and we'll cross together. I'll bring the coconut cream pie when I come! How about some Angel food cake LOL thats supposed to be funny! I love ya man!

This is a Tote/Diaper bag that is really popular. I have lost count of how many of these nifty bags I've made. They are great for diaper bags, spa bags, purses, summer totes etc. I use two layers of heavy interfaces on both sides of the bag which gives it alot of body and stands alone. Depending on the use of the bag, it can have ribbon, bows, buttons you name it! The embroidered name shows much better in person!

This is a stripwork skirt I made several months back I thought was too cute. Very simple to make. I purchased the pattern online at http://www.youcanmakethis.com

Today I feel creative and will get back out to my shop. I plan to work on two Dresses that were ordered for toddlers. I've never used this pattern but looks pretty simple other than I HATE ZIPPERS. I have never mastered the art of proper and pretty zipper placement. However I will forge on! as soon as I get the dresses finished I will post a pic or two.
