Hi Teri, Welcome to the world of blogging. I too am new at this adventure. You have a great start. I hope you don't mind if I make a tiny suggestion. You may want to hyperlink your website,possibly mention it in your profile or maybe even in the sidebar. I did notice it was in your favorite links but I (maybe it's just me) would not have realized it was your website.
